Sony Computer Entertainment Japan to Release DUALSHOCK®3 Wireless Controller Bundle Pack Featuring Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception

Tokyo, Sep 6, 2011– Sony Computer Entertainment Japan (SCEJ), a division of Sony Computer Entertainment Inc. responsible for business operations in Japan, today announced that it would release “Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception DUALSHOCK®3 Bundle Pack” for a limited offer on November 2, 2011, concurrently with the release of the software title, at a recommended retail price of 9,980 yen (including tax). The bundle pack comprises a special DUALSHOCK®3 Wireless Controller and Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception software titles for PlayStation®3.
Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception is the third installment of the acclaimed Uncharted series which has sold more than 8 million units to date worldwide and has won more than 300 awards including the prestigious “AIAS 2010 Game of the Year” award. With its immersive visual through stereoscopic 3D support, unimaginable and magnificent storyline, Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception aims to offer unmatched entertainment experience to all users and fans.
DUALSHOCK®3 Wireless Controller included in this bundle pack comes with a special design that resembles an old map that appears in the story printed on its body, matching perfectly with the world concept of Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception.
With this bundle pack, SCEJ will continue to further expand the PS3 platform and deliver a world of computer entertainment that is only possible on PS3.
