Tokyo, May 14, 2014 – Sony Computer Entertainment Japan Asia (SCEJA), a division of Sony Computer Entertainment Inc. responsible for business operation in Japan and Asia, today announced that the “PlayStation®4 × FIFA 14 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil™ Limited Pack” will be available for a limited offer from June 5, 2014 in the Japanese market at a recommended retail price of 38,980 yen (excluding tax). The bundle will include the PlayStation®4 (PS4™) computer entertainment system and a voucher code which will allow users to download the FIFA 14 (Electronic Arts, Inc) software title from PlayStation®Store(PS Store)*1. In addition, a limited edition bundle also consisting of PlayStation®Camera, “PlayStation®4 ×FIFA 14 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil™ Limited Pack with PlayStation®Camera,” will be available on the same date at a recommended retail price of 43,980 yen (excluding tax).

Ahead of the release of the bundles, a limited number of customers who purchase either a PS4 system or “PlayStation®4 with PlayStation®Camera” after May 22, will receive a voucher code that allows them to download FIFA 14 from PS Store*1. Furthermore, users who already own a PS4 system and is subscribed to the PlayStation®Plus (PS Plus) membership service, can purchase FIFA 14 for 1,361 yen (including tax), an 80% discount from the game’s original price.

Authorized by FIFA, FIFA 14 is the latest installment to highly acclaimed FIFA series for PS4 that incorporates newly developed “EA SPORTS™ IGNITE” engine to reproduce every move of top soccer players around the world to the minutest details.

In addition, PS Plus members can participate in “FIFA Ultimate Team,” the most popular game mode on FIFA 14 where 260,000 matches and 13 million team trades occur every day*2. In “FIFA Ultimate Team,” users can form their very own dream team and enjoy matches with players from all around the world.
